The Centre for Nature Inspired Engineering contains a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment including SAXS/WAXS, Liquid TEM, Nano 3D printer, Mercury Porosimeter, Gas Sorption Analyser (BET), Chemisorption, Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and thermal gravimetric analysis with mass spectrometry (TGA-MS) to name a few.

It is located in Roberts Building, Chemical Engineering Department at UCL in London. These facilities have been supported by the EPSRC, UCL Faculty of Engineering Sciences, and collaborations with equipment manufacturers, including Quantachrome UK, XENOCS/SAXSLAB, Perkin Elmer, Shimadzu UK, Linkam and Edwards.
