Opening plenary at South Africa-UK Scientific Seminar, 21-23 January 2015

A seminar on "Smarter Materials for a Sustainable Future — Ordered and semi-ordered materials for application in sustainable chemical technologies" was organised by Karen Edler (Bath) and Rueben Pfukwa (Stellenbosch) with support from the Royal Society (UK) and the National Research Foundation (South Africa). This wonderful workshop was held on the campus of Stellenbosch University in South Africa, from 21-23 January 2015. Professor Marc-Olivier Coppens (Director of CNIE) gave the opening plenary on "Adsorption, diffusion and catalytic activity of enzymes in nanoporous materials".
