NICE collaborations between UCL and Zhejiang University

Currently working on collaborative projects in the context of Nature-Inspired Chemical Engineering are students Shuxian Jiang (MsC) and Shuman Xu (PhD) from Zhejiang University Hangzhou, China.
Both students are co-advised by Professor Marc-Olivier Coppens.
Shuxian Jiang (pictured), is advised by Professor Jiajun Wang (also pictured). Shuxian works on 'Liquid-liquid mixing using a tree-inspired, fractal fluid distributor'.
Shuman Xu, advised by Professor Dangguo Cheng, has been awarded a Chinese Scholarship Council grant to join the NICE group for one year. Her work will be on 'The Nature of Surface Barriers to Transport in Zeolites'. Shuman will join the team in October 2019 and will be co-advised by Tobias Weissenberger.
